Embrace Your Healing Journey

Personalized Integrative Therapy at Wild Antlers

Psychotherapy Service

I am a provisionally Licensed Social Worker and Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant. I provide psychotherapy for children, teens, adults, and adoptive families. My integrative approach draws from multiple therapeutic interventions to support each client’s unique healing journey. I offer In-person, Tele-Health, and In the community therapeutic sessions.

Workshops & Group Therapy

In addition to individual therapy, I facilitate therapeutic workshops and group counseling focused on a range of healing topics, including trauma, adoption support and related issues, self-esteem, and executive functioning skills.

Therapeutic Massage Therapy

I have been a licensed massage therapist for 24 years, specializing in therapeutic bodywork that supports emotional and physical healing. I integrate somatic techniques to help release trauma and emotions stored in the body, creating space for deeper healing and self-awareness. My work focuses on connecting the mind and body, promoting lasting relief and personal transformation.

Mission Statement
At Wild Antlers Integrative Therapy, we believe healing is not a task to complete—it is an ongoing practice of reconnecting with oneself. Just as antlers are shed and regrown in cycles, healing unfolds over time, through phases of growth, release, and renewal. This natural rhythm reminds us that transformation is not linear, but continual and deeply personal.
We offer an integrative, trauma-informed approach to mental health and well-being, combining psychotherapy, somatic therapy, biofield therapy, and occupational therapy tools. Our work is grounded in nervous system support and includes specialized techniques such as sensory integration and executive functioning strategies. These help clients regulate, focus, and thrive in daily life, especially those who are neurodivergent or navigating complex developmental and emotional landscapes.
We also provide compassionate, informed support for adoptive families, recognizing the unique challenges and layered dynamics of the adoption journey. Through education, resources, and therapeutic guidance, we help families build understanding, connection, and resilience.
At Wild Antlers, we create a safe space where individuals and families can explore the roots of their experiences, release limiting patterns, and develop new ways of being that better serve their growth. Healing here is a deeply personal, supported practice—one that honors the mind, body, and energy system as interconnected paths toward lasting well-being.
Healing is not a linear path, which is why it is important that your healing needs are individulaized and integrate multiple modalities for healing.  LeEtta is a dedicated Licensed Social Worker with a strong foundation in Occupational Therapy, having spent 9 years working with children and their families, and over 24 years of clinical experience as a Massage Therapist. She provides psychotherapy for children, teens, adults, and adoptive families, utilizing an integrative approach tailored to each individual’s needs, including creative outlets as part of the therapeutic interventions. LeEtta also offers therapeutic workshops and group counseling on topics such as trauma, adoption, ADHD, self-esteem, and executive functioning. Her work combines somatic and talk-based interventions to support holistic healing of the mind and body.
